Boss of bereavement admin firm urges utility companies to point customers to Settld one-stop shop

UK water companies are being encouraged to work even more closely with death administration firm Settld. This means they can comply quickly with new guidance from the regulator OFWAT. OFWAT wants them to place a higher priority on bereaved and vulnerable customers.  OFWAT Guidelines OFWAT recently published new guidelines for water companies.
